Hi! Nice to meet you. I'm Steph. You're in the right place. If you're a runner who wants to do yoga, or a yogi who wants to run, let's talk more.

Here's what some people say about my classes:

Stephanie is only serious about two things in her classes-that you don't do something that hurts and that you stay with her on the mat. To achieve both those goals Steph's class she is providing a constant stream of jargon free instruction that allows students to focus the mind.  She gives the name of the pose in English along with a visual description of what it should look like. Everyone can understand an A shape or where the seam of your pants are.  She seems to know what everyone is thinking when we are staring our toes, lamenting the weather, or contemplating the approaching weekend and she expresses those thoughts so we know we are not alone. Steph loves to use props in her class, to challenge our muscles and our egos. She isn't rigid or dogmatic only encouraging and supportive.  Her humor, pop culture references, personal attention to every student, focuses the mind on what is happening in the room rather than on the million other items on your plate. Steph's generous nature is makes you feel like she is teaching just you and your bodies special needs while putting your mind at focus on the moment. The studio is a safe space, no-judgement zone- bodies of all shapes feel welcome and encouraged to participate to your ability not to some Instagram standard.  She is  constantly checking in student's injuries and helping making adjustments to allow maximum benefit and enjoyment.
